Personally I find that results matter more than the time you spend trying to achieve those results. For example if I tell someone to do something for me, I care that the task is done – I don’t really care how much time is spent on that task. For all I care that person could finish the task in about 2 minutes and take the rest of the day off. Still, I can’t ignore the fact that some tasks take longer than others. Developed by Responsive Software, this piece of software that weighs in at little over 9MB, can be used to keep track of the time you spend working on something. Then you can use that information to bill your client.

Companies that employ people by the hour can also take advantage of this professional time and billing software. They can keep track of how much time an employee spent working on something, then pay that employee accordingly.

While testing out Responsive Time Logger, everything went along swimmingly. The download took but a second, thanks to the installation wizard the software was up and running in no time at all, and once it was up and running I did not run into any problem.

There are two ways to keep track of time. You can use one of the multiple stopwatches, or you can enter time and expense data at the end of the day. It is all as simple as clicking the mouse button a few times and typing in some details. You click once when you start working, type in some details about your work, and then click the mouse button one more time when you’re done working.

On top of that there are customizable toolbars, customizable languages for report, customizable invoices, customizable report formats, and much more. Everything is backed up automatically, just in case something goes wrong.
